Night-shift receptionist (m/f/d)

Our Coffee INN Hostel in Berlin-Schöneberg is a unique blend of modern design, first-class service and a friendly atmosphere. It has around 52 rooms (1–6 beds).

Your responsibilities:

Welcoming and looking after guests
Carrying out check-in and check-out procedures
Responding to guest enquiries and providing information
Assisting guests in the café
Ensuring excellent guest service
Selling food and drinks
Handling guest complaints and concerns professionally
Cleaning duties (HACCP)

Your profile:

At least 1 year’s reception experience in a hostel (Unfortunately, this is a requirement for the night shift only. Otherwise, please feel free to apply for our other vacancy as a receptionist working a mixed three-shift rota.)
Reliability, diligence and an eye for detail
Very good command of German and English
Flexibility and willingness to work night shifts
