For our 140-bed house in De Pijp we are looking for a manager who keeps the operation tight and still knows the guests by name.
Your tasks
- Full responsibility for operations, team and budget
- Rota planning for around 18 staff
- Revenue management and pricing
- Compliance with health, safety and fire regulations
- Reporting to the owners
What you bring
- Several years of leadership experience in a hostel or hotel
- Fluent English, Dutch an advantage
- Experience with a PMS, ideally Cloudbeds or Mews
What we offer
